I have signed this guest book before and just felt the need to sign again to let the Drexel family know that even though I don’t know them personally I have been following this story since it began, and continue to hope and pray that Brittanee comes home safe and sound. I think everyone that has a heart and cares has been affected by Brittanee’s disappearence, and it is taking it’s toll on everyone. I moved here to Myrtle Beach just after Brittanee went missing and honestly I hate Myrtle Beach now. I don’t feel that Myrtle Beach is doing enough. This is an awful thing that has happened and I feel that someone knows something and needs to come forward now. This has gone on long enough. I just want to see Brittanee come home to her family. It’s been long enough now. I am praying everyday for you Britt! This website has come a long way from when I was last on it. My heart goes out to the entire Drexel family. And I am never giving up hope. Please come back home Britt.

To Brittanee’s family, The music you play on this site has touched me to the core. Did someone in your family write this song? It brought tears to my eyes and gave words to so many of my feelings. Thank you for that. I, like you , have someone missing. My sister Dori, her website is: http://dammad.sitesvp.com, she has been missing for 4 1/2 years. NoOne can possibly know our grief, except for the families of the missing. I will pray for closure and help in finding Brittanee. God Bless you and always keep the faith.

Such a sad case. My heart truly breaks for this family. I heard about this case from the flyers up at school when she went missing and I never forgot it. I saw the picture of the family on the front page of the newspaper when it was the 1 yr anniversary of her disappearance and the pain you could see in the family was just heart wrenching. No one should ever have to endure such worry and hurt the way this family has. My prayers are with Brittanee and all of her family and friends. Never give up hope! God Bless.

I dont know Brittanee personally, Ive been following the case since the beginning, Im a 25 year old young mother, and astonished at how cases like these dont get solved. I come from a third world country, and now living in NY for 4 years, its such a culture shock, seeing how things like this can happen in such a high security country. I have such stories and adventures with my life long friends, and just a bunch of people surrounding me, and up to today cannot recall such a tragedy happen. I have also followed Natalee Halloways case. I just dont understand, and never will. Tears are dropping the minute I opened the page, I can say im praying, and hoping and caring, but nothing would change ur feelings and desperation. I just thought seeing how many people care, me being on more will let her know, she will not be forgotten. We are here praying and hoping for anything..

I did not know Brittanee, however, I have 2 sisters around her age. It breaks my heart to know that such a beautiful, sweet, young girl would have to deal with something of this sort. It is amazing to me how terrible our society has become. It is almost as if noone can be trusted. It is sad when a family cannot even take a vacation without their child being abducted. When I hear about this girl missing, still, it makes me feel like I cannot breathe. The thought of what she could be going through tears me apart. While we all selfishly go on living our day to day lives with smiles on our faces, we never stop to think how badly some people are feeling or what some people are dealing with. I am not saying people shouldn’t be happy or smile, because I believe those things are what make the world go around, however, I am saying that everyone should take a step back from time to time and say a prayer for those in need, or to lend a hand to those in need. I will be sure to print some of the posters of Brittanee and make more people aware of the situation. I am truly sorry to all of her friends and family. I pray to God that she is found and that she is safe.

I too have a 17 year old and I would not let her out of my sight the entire trip. I thought I would see posters all over the town. The only one that I saw was on RT 17 at a Dunkin Donuts on a side wall near the rest room where noone can see it ! I wish there was more exposure for the safe return of your girl ! There needs to be more information around town so she is not forgotten !

Your efforts ARE working, I live in Canada and have heard all about the case. I had just come back from my own spring break with my friends, and Brittanee’s story really hit home hard for all of us. I’ve even decided on a career in law enforcement, based solely on Brittanee’s story. I feel like I need to help people, especially girls like Brittanee come home to their families. I’ve been following Brittanee’s story ever since I saw her mom on Nancy Grace the day they announced she was missing. I think alot of women can identify with Brittanee’s story, even though they have never met her– we were all young once and thought nothing could ever happen like this…but it can happen and it happened so fast. My prayers go out to Brittanee and her family and may they find peace and justice.

Children can be defiant at times, that’s what they do because they think they know everything there is to know about the world. The parents cannot, must not blame their selves. My heart doesn’t go out to Brittnee but to the parents who suffer needlessly. Was she taken, yes, is she still alive, we can only hope. I have a gut feeling that she is being held and one day you will see her again. Without hope, we are nothing. God bless you and Brittnee.

I just read about this on facebook thanks to a great lady named Pam Taylor who posted the youtube video about Brittanee. My chest has been hurting as I watch the video, listen to the music of the main page of this site, and wish I didn’t feel so helpless. I wish I had seen her today or had some kind of information to contribute. Please know that I’ll be praying from this moment on for her safe return. I will open my eyes and watch for her lovely face, which I have put into memory. She has a gorgeous smile! Please don’t give up hope and know that people everywhere are lifting up their voices in hope for this suffering family. Psalms 31:24 Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.

I want to add my small reminder that total strangers think of you and your lost child every day: far more often than you can possibly imagine. Pretty much all of us don’t want to intrude on your privacy, but that does not mean we don’t hope, pray and care for you and every member of your family during your terrible journey. Your efforts to find Brittanee are not only exhaustive, they are creative, intelligent and inspiring. Wherever this twisted and lonely path takes you, there will never be any question that Brittanee is truly, carefully, enormously loved. Thank you all for giving that very best of any gift to her, and please know you literally have so many thousands of hopes for light at the end of your dark tunnel.

To Dawn Drexel and the rest of the Drexel Family: I have followed this story since it happened last year as I was living just outside of Chili in Geness County in Batavia, New York, and was just about to relocate down here to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. First it was that big forest fire, and then the disappearence of Brittanee and friends and family back home were asking me …….Do you still want to relocate there? The situation with your daughter really haunts me as it’s scarey now just to walk somewhere alone or be somewhere in fear of someone abducting you. I can’t imagine what you and your family are going through. My heart goes out to you and your family, and I will always keep Brittanee in my thoughts and prayers. No matter what I will always think of Brittanee as I raise my own daughters. I just scolded one for not telling me where she was going and showed her this web site. She feels awful. We both do. If anything this story can send a message out to people everywhere to let your family and friends know what your intentions are ya know? Where your going and who you’ll be with because that would be all the more easier to follow up if there is a situation such as yours. Dawn …… I wish that there was something that I could do or say to ease your pain and just bring Brittanee back home. She is a very beautiful girl who needs to be back home with her family. My heart goes out to you and I hope for Brittanee’s safe return back to you. HUGS to you and your family! Living here in Myrtle Beach now I always think about Brittanee and wonder where she is.

I have followed the first breaking new story of when brittanee first went missing & I will continue to do so until closure is delivered to her & her family. I don’t personally know Brittanee, but it seems she is such a vibrant beautiful teenager. I am a native of myrtle beach but reside in charleston & personally know the dangers of the boulevard. I would never trust going anywhere alone with anyone I was not familiar with. I still hold out hope she is alive & well. Recently, there have been many stories of people who disappeared over the course of a couple years just to be found safe & alive and I am sure we all hold out the same hope that this is the case with Brittanee. To Dawn, Brittanee’s mother may the lord stay with you and give you peace & closure to this case. Brittanee will never be forgotten and she has many prayers being said for her.

From the moment I saw Brittanee’s picture on TV, I got goosebumps. I’m young myself and have two little babies. I couldn’t imagine going through what the Drexel family is going through. I can’t help but think that this girl looks so familiar. I will not dare put any false hope in the Drexel family by saying that I’ve actually seen her. Yet somehow, I feel a connection. I don’t know. Maybe it’s because I have a sister this age or that she reminds me of someone else. I will keep looking for her everytime I go to the store or when I travel, as I so frequently do, out of state. Until the day she is found, my family and I will pray.

I want to question law enforcement why hasnâ??t last person who has seen her questioned. A warrant issued too search his car and hits on this cell phone where did he stop before heading back to New York. He left Myrtle Beach like a Bat out of Hell. Not checking out in early morning hours out of this hotel this is what is reported. He did not even receive a polygraph why? He probably was lawyer up. She was last seen at the Breaker Hotel with four guys who where probably loaded with alcohol very explosives. Iâ??m hoping that this guy conscience kicks in but Iâ??ve seen him on interview heâ??s very arrogant. I hope and pray there break in this case. And Myrtle Beach police please take this case seriously.

I don’t know how often we can instill on our daughters to not leave their friends but they will always think it’s okay, because they don’t know that there are bad people out there and the worst people will appear to them to be the best people. Street smarts is tough for even those who have been around to learn.

My heart is breaking for you all. I know the pain personally as I buried two of my children. My handsome son KEN who was 26 yrs. old. A rainy and foggy night a tractor trailer hit his car head on. Needless to say the outcome. Ten months later my beautiful daughter was killed by a drug addict. This girl was very jealous of ASHLEY and took her life. My baby girl was 18. No words can take your pain away, but the Lord can. HE is the only one that helped me through this. HE sent all the family and friends to comfort me even strangers who became friends. He is my strength. I am praying for Brittanee, you and all who know her. She is precious! You still have hope. Keep GOD close, HE will carry you through no matter what. Please remember that this life is just a stepping stone, where we spend eternity is what counts the most. I will be praying for Brittanee’s safe return. LOVE YOU!

I’m so sorry you’re little girl disappeared. I’m 19 years old, and live about an hour and a half away from myrtle beach, so I go there alot. My momma is always telling me to be careful, and to watch out for people, and to not trust everyone, and this I now know, is why she stresses the importance of hearing that little voice in the back of your head, and listening to it. I’m the exact description of your daughter, I went to the beach the weekend after her disappearance, and got confronted by several people as, king me if i was okay, or if i needed help. It got me very interested in the case, and following it since. I hope these recent leads will bring some closure to this, hopefully with the safe return of brittanee. she remains in my prayers. Good luck, and if you hear hope whispering, listen.

I remember when this first happened last year. I’ve lived in Myrtle Beach my whole life and I’m almost 17. When I first saw the story, I was like I bet she’ll turn up within a week and everything will be fine….but obviously that hasn’t happened yet. I hope it does. I pray for the best and wish you luck with this case. Love, Christie.

To the family of Brittanee Drexel… I remember reading this story last year prior to a deployment to the middle east and it sadened me to hear that a young lady from my birthplace had gone missing. I kept up with the story up until I departed the country. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Drexel family. I’m just a normal person serving as a police officer for 6 years in the United States Air Force and for some reason this story just brought tears to my eyes. God bless the Drexel family!!

I’m Very sorry for your lost and everyone in myrtle beach still keep their eyes open and hopes high for Brittanee’s return. She is in our hearts as much as hers. Myrtle Beach has not gone “downhill” Steve Coleman, Its just something that happened at the wrong place at the wrong time. We all pray around here that Brittanee is still alive. but you can’t blame it on the location, and call it a “dirty place”. Myrtle beach may have their fair share of bums, but so does any other populated city, that does not mean that Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a place to be scared of. With that being said, I am so sorry for your lost. and i look for her everywhere when im about, shopping, eating out, driving. We all do. and we as residents wish to find her. because we also don’t want myrtle beach to have such a repeutation as steve coleman just implied.

I will honestly say i dont pay attention to these kind of things regularly. Throughout my life young life i have seen alot, being only 22 years old it kind of happens and you see and hear in the news. With this case i heard about it maybe once and i wish it was publicized more. I am from Pennsylvania myself and it is very hard to hear about the case, however it gives me such interest. I actually am so glad for this website because now i can bookmark and follow up on the news. I myself vacation alot and have enjoyed many spring breaks, brittanee’s story really stands out to me. I find myself completely entwined in the investigated and i pray for her safe return, I can not imagine what the family must be going through. I wish i could help more being my location, but it is so hard to drive to south carolina. I find Brittanee to be a cute girl any parents dream, i dont understand how anybody could ever harm her. I check the news updates daily and I cannot wait to hear of her safe return because i know it will happen. I wish the family luck in there search and never lose faith. The things you want the most happen when you least expect it, may god bless you on your investigation and may brittanee return safetly. deep down in my heart I know she will and thank you for inspiring so many others to not give up hope in there lives. You are truely an inspiration.

Friday as I was driving home there were supporters at Hwy 544 with info about Brittanee..as I pulled up to the red light and gave my donation…I filled up with tears, sad for the young girl that is lost and for her family that needs answers. I am praying that you will find Brittanee first and foremost, but if not some answers. Went to church today and said many prayers, sending lots of extra prayers to the family and friends of Brittanee…

My husband & I went to Myrtle Beach on our honeymoon a week after Brittanee went missing we were there another week and all I could think about was her family and how heart breaking it was for me to think about the unknown of my child. We just returned back home from Myrtle Beach yesterday for a short 3 day getaway for New Years. With every turn and new road I had Brittanee on my mind wondering where she could possibly be. I have found myself every 2 or 3 weeks checking to see what the lastest updates are and wishing there was something I could do to help. My heart goes out to Brittanee’s family and I will continue to pray that the unknown will end. It’s a new start and hopefully getting her name out will bring hope.

Come forward and ease their pain. There will be no rest until she is found. She deserves to come home. God bless Brittanee, her family and friends. My prayers are with you!

I hope Brittanee is found safe soon. I briefly heard of this story when Brittanee first disappeared. I heard of the story again through Morgan’s Facebook site. There needs to be a way to keep these missing people in the spotlight. Hope 2010 brings you good news.

I pray for the soul of the person or persons who took you and that they have a conscience. My thoughts are on the eve of New Year to become 2010 that consciences are stung with what is duty. Brittanee needs to be found. My skills in whatever scientific manner are given to the searchers who seach to find her. I hope this time to fly out to US as requested before when she is found. It is my hope and prayer that a light is lit in the heart of a dark person; who at the eleventh hour will reveal, can reveal what has happened to Brittanee and where she is. To the family my heartfelt blessings and I like others toil to find her even thousands of miles away. My respect to Cuecentre and Monica Caison.

I know the pain you are feeling for your daughter. I’ve been there with my youngest daughter. She ran away from home at 16 and the evidence poinedt to her meeting up with a guy she met online. I contacted Monica and we listed our daughter as missing and endangered. Our daughter also suffered from Bi Polar Disorder which made things worse because she lacked the ability to use good judgement. It was tough but we were able to find her and she is doing well now at 19 years of age. Prayer and Faith was all we had and it helped us get through that very long and difficult road. We will Pray for you and your daughter’s safe return. May God Bless you Archie Nalbandian

Dear Family of Brittanne
Hi I’m kaitlyn King a 13 year old from australia i heard about brittanne from a friend i made while in Amreica. I know how much pain your going through at the moment. My best friend was been missing for 4 years but they found her in the end just like there going to find Brittanne. I’m going to start to spread the word About brittney in Australia. So if any one has seen brittney on an over seas trip they can give a tip to this website so your a step closer to finding her. Me and my 30 friends are praying for briitanne to come home and be found safe. i hope that i will be able to help you get a couple of steps closer to finding Brittney. “Hope is never lost” as my mother says “its always there but never seen like ghosts and spirts. its able to be seen when you need it most” so never give up and keep trying.
from Kaitlyn King
Hi. I have watched the show on ID in South Africa and we all hope that she is still with us and will be found alive. Our prayers are with the Drexel family. God Bless!!
Dear family,

I find it terrible what happend with you guys.
I hope you will keep positive and she will come home..
I will follow your story in the future.
I hope it won’t be nessecery..
My best to you from holland!
Love
It’s been 3 years ago today that you disappeared, I wish I had some wise words of wisdom to share that would bring you comfort and peace. There are people in SC that are still praying and will never forget about you, please know extra prayers are going up for you and your family today.
I get chills every time I see this page. It’s been years, yet I still haven’t truly comprehended this whole situation. The last memories I have with you are sitting at the Gates Chili football games. I didn’t know ANYONE and you came to sit with me and introduced me to all your friends. You were a beautiful girl inside, and out. Still praying that you WILL come back to your family and friends. <3 Never give up.
I just watched the episode that featured Brittanee, and my heart goes out to the family, friends, and people close to her. Not sure if this helps, but my thoughts are with all of you and I hope that Brittanee is at least safe wherever she is and I wish for a safe return home one day. I cannot imagine the pain of a missing person. I lost my mother 3 years ago to a brain aneurism and at least with death, there is closure. I hope that your closure ends in a safe return of your girl. Thoughts to you all.
I don’t know the family. I just watched the episode on ID. This is one of those stories that you just can’t get out of your head. I really hope the her family gets some sort of closure. I can’t imagine having a family member missing.
TO Brittanees Family and friends,
I pray she returns home safe and sound. God is with her nomatter where she is. I had a veryyyy Vivid dream of what happened to her last night it brought me to tears when i woke up. Im not a psychic but in my past have been able to see things before they happen. Never have I had such a vivid dream. I wont go into details of what my dream was. But i believe my dream was showing me that nights event and also The future of how the people responible will be found and Justice will be served Real Soon……The dream has been bothering me becausei just feel it wastelling me the truth. But Like i said Nomatter what God is by her side on Earth or in Heaven….You all are in my Thoughts and Prayers…God Bless you Brittanee!
I don’t know brittanee I had watched the epsiode my hearts goes out to the family she was such a preety gurl I can’t imgaine havin to live without one of your kids I am soooo sorry that this happened * I hope brittanee. Is found soon and for a safe return don’t give up keep lookin for brittanne. * I know its almost been 3 years. But I know she is alive. I am praying for yu brittanee* and your family
To Brittanee’s Mother,
My heart goes out to Brits family but especially to you. I just watched your daughters story on Disappeared. I am not much older that Brit, i am almost 26 but i think of her and when i was 17, i was in the same frame of mind as her. No little girl, or boy, should be hurt/abducted/killed or anything of that nature, when it does happen my heart hurts. I am hoping she will be returned to you someday and my prayers go out to you.
Thinking of the lost or disappears.
My name is Carleigh, and i am a senior in highschool. I recently saw the Brittnee Drexel episode on the show Disappeared, and I just want to say that my heart goes out to Brittnee’s family and friends. This is absolutely terrible and I pray that Brittnee’s family recieves closure in her disappearance, she is absolutely gorgeous! It’s terrible that such a thing could happen to her. I cannot express my sorrow for her family enough. I couldn’t even imagine such a thing happening to someone I was close to, and can’t begin to think of the pain her family is going through. Her family must be very, very brave and God has great things in store for them. You are all in my thoughts and prayers!
This is so very sad. Still praying that you are found okay and praying that your family to be given more strength.
Brittanee is way to gorgeous to be gone! She needs to return home to her family! I’m constanly looking for updates!
I dont know you but I am from SC and we go to Myrtle Beach every year!!!! I remember when me and my friends would skip school and go to MB, or even for first week or spring break…. I never worried because i was young and thought everything would be ok. but now i cant seem to get your case out of my head…when my boyfriend and I go every year and walk the strip its hard to think someone took you from the strip without ANYONE noticing!!!! I mean its crazy busy on the strip till at least midnight and then there is still a decent amount of people later!!! SOMEONE SAW SOMETHING they might not realize it but they did!!!! Also its hard to look at those hotels the same now!!!! I hope they find you soon!!! I know i keep an eye out for you when im there!!! hope and wish your ok and just need to be found!!!!!!
Hello,
I didn’t know you personally..but I pray for your safety. You and your family are always in my thoughts and prayers. You are surrounded by great love and nothing can break that. From my heart to your family…we pray 4 u!!!
We care.
I remembered hearing about this back 2 years ago when this was first reported. I never met you, Brittanee, but I can’t help but feel sadness, confusion, and anger as if you were my own daughter. The pain your parents feel must be beyond anything most people have ever felt. I look at your pictures, and all I can do is think about my own daughter. She is full of life as you are and has an incredible love for soccer as well so this may be why I have always felt so compelled to keep in touch with your search. I pray for your return home! I will continue to check in to see if you are ever brought home and if there is anything that we can do to help. GOD BLESS YOU!!!
I have lived in Myrtle Beach for 2 years now when i moved here i seen signs all over town.My thoughts and prayers are with the Drexel Family.I pray everyday she will be found ..On my free time i have been going out on my own searches just trying to find something .I have a daughter and son i couldn’t even imagine what you are all going though .I think about Brittanee all the time when driving around this area seeing her billboard driving down near the hotels where she was last seen ..I will keep looking and helping the search for your Daughter.
I check the website every so often for news updates on Brittanee. Her disappearance touched a nerve with me in 2009 and the effort you all have put forth in trying to find her is unmatched. I see there is some activity on the investigation of her disappearance. My thoughts are with you all now. The hell in not wanting to know this freak had anything to do with her disappearance and also the need to have answers, to find her and bring her home. What anguish you all must feel. I cannot imagine. I wish you all strength and send prayers for you all and for Brittanee. I still think of her, wonder about her, she is not forgotten by people who didn’t even know her.
I lived in south carolina when Brittanee disappeared. I remember seeing posters and seeing her on the news all of the time. For some odd reason, I saw someone else post on facebook that a young lady “Taylor Siders” was missing. It made me wonder if Brittanee was ever found. I had to google and visit this page to find out. Much luck on your search to find Brittanee, don’t give up. She’s gotta be out there somewhere.
From Rochester area… still thinking of Brittanee and her family. God bless!
Im truly sorry to know its almost been 3 years. I hope something comes up to break this open and the family gets answers soon. It scares me to think this happens so often. Im in North Carolina and it feels so close to home. The family and friends will be in my thoughts. I wish I could do something to help.
I watched this story on the Discovery Channel here in Australia the other day, and have not been able to stop thinking about it since.
My deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends, and i pray Brittanee will find her way back home soon
i just saw Brittanees story on tv, i googled her name hoping to find out if there was any new information. my heart breaks for your fmaily. i pray that she comes home safe
useless police. that’s what they are. this is how easy this is – go find this Moody character, hook him up to a lie detector, if he fails the lie detector, do every bit of investigation and find evidence to prove what everyone knows – that is – it is this sick perverted fuckstain behind it all.
when you have him in custody, make sure you let everyone know what prison he is being held in, and i will fly over from Australia and kick the living piss out of this dirtbag.
good luck to all involved, and again my deepest sympathy goes out to the family. we love you Brittanee, we will find you!
i am sending my thoughts are prayers with britanee’s family.Britt it’s time for you to come home and be with you family they love you and just want you back in their arms. Your a beautiful girl please just come home
xoxo
My heart aches today for your family as I saw for the first time the story of your darling Brittanee. I hope and pray that you find the answers you are looking for. All my love to your other children that so desperately miss their sister. I too have a Brittanee (12) which made your story all the more heart wrenching for me to watch. You are very strong and Brittanee will always be in your heart. I hope she comes home to you soon. Thinking of you – Hope and Love to your family
I am praying for Brittanee and for a safe return home. For peace and closure for her family. Never give up hope.
I am so, so sorry about what has happened. I just watched this story on Dissapeared and can’t even imagine what your family is going through. This is just devastating. My prayers are with your family, and that you get some good news this 2012. God bless xoxo.
Not one day have I stopped thinking about you. Not one day have I smiled. Not one day have the tears left my face or the rage in my heart gone away. I’m frustrated and Britt, you know me, I’m stubborn, but not one day have I’ve given up hope.
While others say what they say around me, I’ll still keep looking up at the sky, looking for a star to follow and where I can find you. I love you with all of my heart and soul. Your best friend anyone could ever have and that isn’t worth replacing. I’ll never give up on you.
You’re out there, you keeping yourself safe because I know you’re a fighter and not a quitter. I know you don’t give up easily. We will find you, I promise! I WILL FIND YOU, I PROMISE. As I said before, we need you so much – especially your family, Jess and I.
Come home, baby girl. I love you. <3
Drexel family,
I am a long time follower of this case and previously ordered support shirts stickers and have since displayed on my vehicle here in hopes everyone will be aware of Brittanee’s whereabouts. As a parent my heart felt condolenceses goes out to the drexel family in this very trying time. I pray you all keep the faith and understand gods will will be carried out although we humans may not understand why things happen. God does have a plan for each one of his children. I pray for brittanee all the time and pray this case becomes closed and shes found. I wish I could have been there with her that day and helped her from the evilness. Hopefully people will listen up and understand of the importance of there is real evil lurking in society at every dark corner noones invisiable. I pray young men and women just stopo and take more precautions especially at nights or in distance places. I know God is with her wherever she is. I will continuely pray for Britt and her family and hopefully they find closure in this horriable case. .
To the Drexel Family you all are in my prayers. May the Lord continue to give you all strengh and peace. I thank God for the opportunity to fellowship with your family.
Lisa,
Aunt of Alonzo Williams he too is missing>>>>
Brittanee has been heard of even in my small country of Romania, Europe. Her story is quite known here as it is so shocking that so little clues have been left. I truly, truly hope she’ll be found, and I believe she will.
In the end, I’m sure her case will come to a conclusion and that she will be brought home. Brittanee is, most likely, up there in Heaven. Her loved ones should remember Britt with a smile, just like she would most likely want to. <3 Wishing peace to her dear ones.
My names Lacey Crowder, from East TN.I’m also 20 yrs old and could not imagine the pain and heartache the Drexel family are going thru.First seen Britanee on the Investigating Discovery Channel Episode and it really touched me N so mny ways.I can’t fathem it all honestly but i don’t send these words to trouble anyone.Since 2010 when i first seen the show,I’ve followed the updates to the utmost and checked in frequently to Brittanee’s Webpage.I do still have much faith for the Drexel family.Hope one day she comes back to you all.Just to let you know that even so far away from New York, yall’ r very close n dear to my heart.I truly sympathize for everyone that knows her. She’s such a lovely and seemingly vibrant, special young woman from the photos i have seen.My prayers and hope will continue to go out to all her friends and family.Keep ur heads up and NEVER lose faith. The Lord b with u all.
&&”May the wind always be at your back and the sun upon your face.
And may the winds of destiny carry you aloft to dance with the stars.”<33
I never knew Brittanee, but as lots of other people have I seen the documentary on ID. I know she disappeared a while ago now, but I admire your family’s hope. As long as there’s hope out there I’m sure Brittanee will come home. In the mean time I wish you all the best, and I hope wherever your Brittanee is that she’s alright.
God bless you all.
Think about you everyday brittanee. There has to be answers soon!!! Has anybody thought of questioning the hotel staff ????
Even though I’m not american I was so impressed by this story and all I can do is hope and pray for this beautiful girl and her family.
light a candle,
see it glow,
watch it dance,
when you feel low,
think of me,
think of light,
I’ll always be here,
day or night,
a candle flickers,
out of sight,
but in your heart,
I still burn bright,
think not of sadness,
that I’m not near,
think of gladness,
and joyous cheer,
I have not left,
I am not gone,
I’m here to stay.
so when you light a candle
and you see it glow
and you watch it dance
in your heart you’ll know
that I would never leave you.
Immsure brittanee would like her family to feel this:-).
I know I don’t know brittanee but i heard of her case about a year ago and every day since I have checked on google to see if she has been found. Come on, someone knows something, be a human being and tell someone!!!! Hope you find your way home very soon brittanee. I pray if anything has happened to you, you are in a better place. Love from holly in the UK xxxxx
I learned about Brittanee beeing missing in a program on discovery channel. I live in the Netherlands, so I can’t help very much. But I want you to know, that the story of your family touched me deeply. I hope she will return home safely.
Just saw the segment on ID…I’m so sorry that your daughter is missing. I grew up going to Myrtle Beach…I never understand all that happens in this world…I will continue to keep Brittanee, her family, friends in my thoughts!
Hey Brittanee, I talk to your mom when I can on facebook and I just keep thinking of you and always check up for updates. I hope you come home soon. I hope wherever you are at that you know everyone just wants you back home and they all love ya.
I just saw the show here in Europe,Serbia. I see a lot of that stuff, but something made me to look for Brittanees site. I think and hope that she is alive. May God be with her and her family, we just saw one episode about her,did not even know her,but we are upseat like never before, I can begin to imagine what her family must feel like, living with it every day. I hope you will find her soon, and I hope that she is safe.
We are from South Africa and we just watched the documentary on discovery I.D. We are praying that you find your daughter. Never give up hope and never stop fighting till you find a clue, its easier to say then to do but you have to hold on to that little bit as you would to faith. KEEP THE FAITH!
Brittanee is such a beautiful young girl with her whole life ahead of her. I pray that she is still alive and will one day return to her family and friends. This world is a bad place and it’s very important to teach our children how dangerous it can be. Keeping the family in my thoughts and prayers until the day we have an answer.
Britt, I have never even met you and yet I think about you all the time, even now in 2011. I remember when the world first found out that you were missing. Since that day, I have been praying for you. Britt stay strong and know that the whole world is waiting for you. We love you and miss you. From Montreal and with love, Justine.
No family should have to go through what the Drexel family is going through. I pray that Brittanee is foude soon
God Bless

Hoping she comes home unharmed soon.
So sad that Brittanee has not been found in time for Xmas. Hoping she is found unharmed and comes home soon to her loving family.
I never knew Brittanee, but I’ve been following this case for awhile and I want her to come home so bad. I’m so sorry for the Drexel family especially since the holidays are here. I pray that you all stay strong and that Brittanee will come home safely.<3 I'll continue checking this site for updates. Thanks for continuing to post!

I just wanted to send my deepest sympathies to you and your family. I watch the show Disappeared and seen Brittanees story and it really touch my heart. I have three daughters of my own and would not know what to do if something happen to them. Thats why Im studying criminal Justice so I can go out in the world and help victims like your daughter. I hope and pray for you and your family that Brittanee is returned to you safe and unharmed. She is such a beautiful girl and may god keep her safe and bless you.

I just commented on one of the articles, but just wanted to say how this case really breaks my heart. I watched the episode of Disappeared, and it really spoke to me. I’m the same age as Brittanee, and I have walked alone at night a million times and never thought anything of it. I’m going to make sure to tell my friends to always walk with someone, just in case. Brittanee is a beautiful girl and seemed like a great person. NEVER give up hope! You never know until you know. To Brittanee’s family, you seem like such strong people. Stay strong for Brittanee, her family, and the millions of people out there who are inspired by you all. You’re in my prayers!
In 2009, I took a trip to Myrtle Beach and just before leaving , I saw your story. I go back to Myrtle Beach every year since and I always make an effort to scan faces in hopes that I might spot you. I remember going down there with my friends when I was 17…thinking we could take care of ourselves…I see now we were lucky and your story is a constant reminder of how lucky we were. I think that’s why you’ve been in the back of my mind for three years now. I hope and pray you are found alive and well.
Hi, I heard about this when it first happened but I guess it really hit home when I saw this air on the I.D. channel…It just brings back memories of me, my friends going to spring break, meeting people on the strip…hoping in cars on bikes…I look back to see how we were as teenagers and thought nothing would hurt us or no bad was out there. I am so sorry your daughter disappeared like this. Just thinking of her and your entire family and praying you find her and bring her home where she belongs…I can’t imagine what your family has had to go through. I would like to leave you a little bit of hope though…yes we were young and dumb when I was younger however what I failed to mention was July 1994, I had just turned 18 yrs old, right out of High School and was taken by a man here in my home town at a Super K Mart when I was getting into my car. He held me at gun point but I was smart and was able to wait until the time was right and got away. He got 11yrs in jail and of course they let him out without telling me within a few yrs…I found out through the newspapers that the police were looking for him for 2 girls kidnapping…they finally got him and he is away for good I believe however, I believe the justice system doesn’t work and these people that do these crimes WILL get out and do the samething…I was so mad that these girls had to go through what I had to go through…it never should have been…however, my moral of my story is…keep faith, I went through it…I was able to come home!! I am keeping her and your family in my prayers!! I’m all grown up now, got children of my own and I live my life totally different now…I pay attention to my surroundings, I guess you would say I am so protective…I made my daughter that just turned 16 watch the ID show on your daughter to educate her on how quickly things can happen. She had already asked me to go to Myrtle Beach over graduation this coming year and I said no…then this aired right after. Keep your faith!!! My last words…he had me 1 mile from his house…and I made my way home! Keeping you in my prayers!
My thoughts & prayers still go out to the family. May God bless you all & comfort you.
Sorry to be the one to say this but someone probably killed this child and hid her body somewhere. It is so sad that we live in a place where our children are not safe:( I pray that she will be found at least so her parents can properly lay her to rest.
Me & my son have just watched an episode of Disappeared, about the disappearance of Brittanee. Being a mother I really felt for her Mum, Dad & siblings. I decided to come online and look for news on her being found when I came across this site. My heart breaks for her Mummy Dawn & Daddy Chad, I could never begin to even try an think what it is you must be going through 24/7. I pray to God that she is found or you finally get to know what happened to her that night on spring break an she can finally be brought home. God bless you all. X
Ive just watched an episode of “disappeared” it was an episode dedicated to Britanee, i typed her name in the interenet in hope to read that she had been found safe, stumbling across this website i would just like to say, my thoughts are with Brittanee and her family right now, lots of love x
Thinking of Drexel family during holiday season, knowing this time of year must be especially difficult. Hoping for a breakthrough in case; to know something if not bring her home by Christmas.
Ever since I watched the episode of ‘Disappeared’ I can’t seem to get your daughter off my mind. My heart goes out to you and your family. I know that with the Holiday season here it must even harder for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and I pray for the safe return of your daughter.
God Bless
just saw your story on uk tv, i hope you manage to come soon x
Oh Britt, tomorrow is thanksgiving, and your not home yet? Why hasn’t anyone spoken up about you yet? Whoever took you better speak up really soon, and they will pay. I have a feeling you will be returned home safely soon brittanee. I love you and never forget it.
You’re family loves you too, please never forget it <3
stay heart strong baby girl
This girl is such a beautiful person that anyone that would harm such a innocent and beautiful girl should be haunted the rest of their life and be found and prosecuted to the max.I have kept up with this and it still makes me sad. This world can be such a cruel place and young pretty girls like this dont realize it.I hope her parents and friends can somehow find peace
I have periodically followed this case from the beginning and I wish that it had been solved by now, of course, with a happy ending. I could not imagine losing such a beautiful daughter. I pray for the family who will never have closure and I am sure they are completely devastated. So, to the mother of Brittanee, I pray that GOD gives you comfort and peace until you find that gorgeous daughter and bring her home safely. This case has made me very sad and I don’t even know Brittanee. I will keep you in my prayers. Don’t give up hope and stay strong.
I saw this case on I.D and I can’t stop thinking about you Britanee. I always think about you and pray that you return to your family. Your story is SO heartbreaking and I find myself googling your case to see if they found anymore clues. I’m so sorry to your family to have to go through this
I am very very sorry about what happened to that girl Brittanee. I don’t know who she is but i would really want her to be found alive and safe. Im only 12 but I know how it feels to lose someone. I feel the same way after hearing all of those messages. I feel very sad about what happened to her ,and if I were old anough I would try to find Brittanee and I would stomp my foot into the person who took her . But all I want to say to her family i to have hope, to pray every night , and that I hope you find Brittanee. GOOD LUCK AND THE LORD AND OTHER PEOPLE WILL SHINE BRIGHTLY ON YOUR DAUGHTER. GD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also would like to say is to not be scared Brittanee and run back home to yuor family cause thy miss you.
I hope she is found. I graduated from gates in 2008 and I can still remember seeing her in the hallways. I pray for you all.
To the family: I hope that she is found. I graduated from Gates in 2008 but I remember seeing her face from time to time as I walked the hallways. I pray that she’s found and is brought back home.
I don’t know Brittanee or the family, but we are praying for a safe return. We still check from time to time hoping that you have had a break in the case. God Bless You All, and she is NOT forgotten–even by those who never knew her personally!
I saw Brittanee’s story on ID and was very touched. I did not know her or her family. I pray that they find her. My daughter and I have been to Myrtle Beach twice (once in 2008 & 2009) and we stayed at that same hotel she did. I never knew at the time what had happened. Everyone needs to be careful no matter where we go. I pray for your family. God bless you all.
To the family, friends and loved ones. I remember hearing about Britt when it happened here in Canada, and am still saddened that she still has not been found. My prayers are with you all.
I still think of Brittanee very often. I lived in Myrtle Beach when Brittanee went missing and for some reason still find myself wondering why there have been so few clues. I don’t know Brittanee, her family, nor her friends, but watching the slideshow on this page brought me to tears. It kills me to know she is out there somewhere and no one can find her. What kills me more if knowing someone out there DOES know where she is. I pray that knowing where she is is eating them alive and that they WILL come forward one day SOON. I will continue to pray for this beautiful young girl. She has a whole life ahead of her and she was only getting started…
I can defiantly agree with you. So sad that she is still missing after all this time.
i have been reading up on the case seeing if there’s any more clues or leads. i hope that this family is doing okay. I am praying for her safe return and that she is okay. My sympathy goes out to you guys. I hope you find her. She is a really pretty girl.
Just wanted to let the Drexel family know that they are in my thoughts and prayers. I live in Eastern North Carolina and remember when Brittanee first went missing. Since then, I have thought of Brittanee many times and, by what I believe to be fate, I am randomly reminded of her ever so often. First, I saw the news article when she first went missing and it really caught my attention because she reminds me a lot of myself. In June of this year, I had not heard anything about the case so I followed up on google. Within the past week, I have run across this case twice . . . Once on ID Discovery and another time looking for a recent article on my local news website. This case popped up and what I was searching had nothing to do with the topic. I want the Drexel family to know that Eastern North Carolina still receives updates regarding Brittanee’s case. I am glad that I found this website because I feel drawn to this case. I will be printing off the missing person flier from this website and posting them around the area. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know via the email address I included.
Hello. I live in the UK. I heard about this a good few months ago via the ID Discovery show and just wanted to express my sympathy. If I had millions I’d give you the lot to help find her (And I mean this btw)
I just got back from a week at Myrtle Beach. While I was there Brittanee stayed on my mind and I prayed for her often and will contine to do so. I just wanted you to know that Brittanee has not been forgotten, even by those of us that never knew her.
My thoughts and prayers goes out to the safe return of this beautiful child. I have a teenage daughter and neice as well and I know that the family and friends are wanting to see this beautiful girl again. This story has stuck with me when I saw the story on Disappered on the Investigation Discovery channel and I am so glad that I am given the opportunity to offer my paryers and support. I know that there is not much that I can say with words that can ease your mind, but please know that each and every one of you, being Brittanee’s friends and family, are in my thoughts and prayers. If I could fly to you to help organize another search, I would with no questions asked.
I just saw the story of Brittanee on television. My thoughts are with her and her family.
Saw the ID broadcast of “disappeared” and felt compelled to research further. My thoughts and prayers are with this Family as they continue the search for Brittanee. I read on another site that her mother, Dawn still visits Myrtle Beach and that the residents there love Brittanee even though they have never met her. That says a lot about her character, and how much she is missed and loved at home. My hope is that she is brought back home, soon. Lot’s of love to the Drexel family, Bobby Cline.
i hope you go home brittanee. may god be with u wherever u r.
xx
i am so sorry abot britnee and how she snook away! ;(
I heard about this when Brittanee first went missing, and am very sad to read that she has not come home yet. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I have children and it terrifies me how many young children and teenagers go missing each day. I hope your baby comes home safely!
I was watching the discovery channel and this story came on and I hope and pray for her family and friends that she will be found. My God Bless you and help you find peace.

i dnt known u but i can speak for everyone on here tht u will come home safe and sound u r beautiful young girl who shouldn’t have to go through this
I have seen the ID show as well and I still keep asking myself why don’t they make these offenders wear gps ankle bracelets. Yeah it would be costly but think about it it could also be a way to generate money. They should have to buy their own. I also wonder why Georgetown county didn’t search all the motels for offenders in that area. I hate sexual predators and I hate our government for not being able to deal with them I am a company owner and if i make one mistake on a tax return somebody catches it. Why can’t they be as careful with these offenders. My heart goes out to the family of Brittanee. I have 4 girls and plan on keeping the tightest watch on them for as long as i possibly can even if they hate me for it.
Hey britt, haven’t written to you in awhile you’ve been heavy on my mind lately. I send a prayer to my friend for you every night the prayer goes like this:
Almighty God, Watch over Brittanee Drexel let her know how much she is loved. Keep her from Harm’s Way and protect her soul from temptation. Strengthen Brittanee’s body and soul on her journey, and provide her with her necessites. Please guide her in what she does and lead her back to her loved ones. Amen.
I send that prayer to my friend every night before i go to bed. I’ve never met you before Brittanee. I talk to your aunt and grandma though. You seem like a person i would love to assosiate with. You seem alot like me. I watch “Disappeard – the secret journey” Alot of the time. We just got a a new lead on your case too. The police left the hotel with bags of evidence. Which is a really great thing because that means we’re one step closer to finding you. I know you’re out there smiling somewhere. I don’t know you but i want you to know, No matter what I will always love you. You’re Family will always love you. We miss you so much Brittanee. I can’t even explain. I want you to be found and brought home right now. Once you’re found I’m getting to your house somehow (I will walk if i have to) and give you a big hug. Me and My friend love and Miss you dearly. Your family needs you home. Please come home soon Brittanee we love you sooo much
Stay Heart Strong Britt-Britt. When the World says “give up” Hope whispers “Try It one more time”

GREETING!1 i SEE THE PROGRAM FOR THE SERIES ” DESAPARECIDOS” IN DISCOVERY CHANNEL, AND I SEEN WORRIED FOR THE FAMILY AND FOR HER….I SO HOPE THE LORD AND THE PEOPLE FOUND HER AND RETURN AT HOME…..!
SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH, I JUST SAW THE TV SHOW ABOUT BRITTANE DREXEL IN MY COUNTRY..HOPE YOU EVER FIND ANY INFORMATION
I am writing at south america, I am so moved about her story, but I believe in God and I know all people who know this case, are convinced that the police will be able to clarify all this nightmare.
Let me give you all my support to Brittanee´s family, don´t give up! I am with you
I saw Brittanee’s story on Disappeared last night on Discovery. I am fro Brazil (state of Minas Gerais)
This history make me so sad, God bless your family and help Brittanee
The best wishes for the family.Espero Brit regrese.
Hey Brittanee, I’ve just been learning about your case. I hope you’re warm and have a full belly wherever you are at the moment, your family and friends can’t wait to see you! Stay safe xx
i have just watched I.D featuring brittanee s dissappearance and it is such a sad story!! I just don’t understand why her friend demanded her back to the hotel for the shorts? on the cctv footage from the hotel she enters to return the shorts but when she leaves she is still wearing them!! so where was the friend that had so desperately demanded brittanee to the hotel for these shorts for brittanee to then leave still wearing what was the whole point!!! i know it might not sound relevant but sure confuses me that the other girl would make such a fuss about wanting them back!! what happened once britanee had returned to the hotel?? also the male friend who suspisiously returned home in the early hours why had he not text brittanee showing some concern that she had not reappeared to meet up and why had nt he text her to say him and his friends were making a quick departure!!
I just wish once brittanee realised she felt left out and was not having a good time she had asked her boyfriend to go and get her so she went home early and none of this happened!! I live in the uk and i will keep brittanee and her family in my thoughts and hope that her case is resolved one way or another so her family can have closure on what really happened to her because i can’t imagine the pain they must feel of not knowing xx
I thought the same thing about her shorts. Maybe her friend was texting her about the “shorts” but didn’t really mean shorts could of been drugs like a bit of marijuana. And I never thought of why he didn’t text her wondering where she was. Thats the first thing u would do. Corrupt cops I swear!!! Could of figured this case out ages ago. If Peter.b didn’t have anything to do with it, maybe they should interview the hotel staff, you never know!!! They could know something!, for them to threaten to call the police when dawn and her family went to view her on CCTV is a bit weird, right?
My name is Kayara and I am 22 year’s old from Detroit, MI. I am just learning of Brittanee’s story. My heart goes out to the Drexels and all friends. God works in mysterious ways. Please just don’t give up on your faith. I could not imagine what you are going through and I won’t pretend to. This story just inspires me to hold on tightly to the people I love, especially my sister who is the same age as Brittanee. And I thank you for that. She is in my prayers. I wish your family many days of continuous hope, courage, comfort and strength. May God bless you and call his favorite son upon you.
With Much Love,
KayaraXOXOX
brittanee <3 please come home we miss you
I just want to say that I’m praying for you Brittanee and your family! I pray that God will protect you and bring you home safely. Also for your family continue to have faith and hope don’t give up! May you have peace!

Dear Dawn. I feel your pain I know how it is with out a sweet gril as Britnee it makes me sick too see all these young children even baby’s missing & killed I hope Britnee is alive out there trying too get home too you who ever has her let her go shes not worth killing for. Mimi
I just wanted Brittanee’s family and friends know that ever since I found out about her through the “Disappeared” cable show I have thought about her many times. May God bless you all.
Dear family of Britanee:
With the new developments that we are hearing about today, I am hoping and praying for the best possible outcome. The past two years is something a mother should never have to go through. My heart is with you Dawn Drexel.
To the family I just got done printing a lot of posters and I will be in Myrtle Beach next week with my children and husband and we will be putting up new posters everwhere we go! I first heard about this case on the ID channel and I could not imagine what you must be going through as a mother myself!
Still praying for you to find your beautiful daughter!
I think about Brittanee very often–i hope she is found soon. I pray for your family.
I first learned of this watching ID Discovery. I was crying by the end and I literally couldn’t sleep that night and it was on my mind, heavily, for weeks. Since first watching that show, about a year ago, I have visited this website for any updates. I am now 33 but I have visited Myrtle Beach many times, in my teens and early twenties, and I too have walked down Ocean Blvd alone. It’s so sad that Brittanee is still missing. I can’t even begin to imagine what her parents are going through. I now have a ten yr old girl and to even think about this happening to my daughter is heart wrenching. I pray for her and I pray that God can lead the investigators/volunteers to her, alive and well!! To her parents, NEVER give up hope that she is alive. I wish so much there was something I could do. I wish I could donate money or time to you. I pray God brings peace to your hearts by bringing your baby home to you and back into your arms. I know you can’t wait for that moment to happen. Miracles DO happen and I pray there’s one out there for you.
I live in myrtle beach, south carolina, and i am a 19 year old white female, weighing in at 110. the bully is no place for someone who isnt used to it, and club promoters pray on girls like lions over a gazzel carcase. i sincerely hope this girl turns up alive, i see her mom all the time around here. no one deserves this, and being the same age its hard to look at my city the same. <3
I saw the story on discovery en espanol last night and i couldn’t sleep thinking about it all night, i can’t imaginewhat the family is going through, i pray to god for her and her family i hope one day all of this comes to a conclusion, sometimes on cases so complicated the simpler answer tends to be the right one, how about that boy that she went to see?? I was 17 once… maybe he wantted something from her and she didnt wantted to give her nothing because she had a boyfriend and fight before she left, when she was on her way to her hotel, he might had chase her and try and make up with her, convince her to jump on the car and so on…. i would keep a close eye on that boy…. my hart is with her and her family I hope that one day they find her. God bless!!!
Praying for your family for the past 2 years since I found out. We vacation in S. Myrtle beach in July’s and saw her poster at the Comfort Inn in Surfside Beach in 2009. Being a mother of 17 year old daughter, I was both saddened and concerned for her welfare. It had been only 3 months and we all studied the photos in hopes of finding her while we were there. I check on updates and every year since, I am always on the lookout for her. My heart goes out to your family and I keep you all in my prayers. Jeanine
I saw on tv when I was on vacation in USA about Brittanee and I got really moved and feel that I like to do something although Im on the other side of the world, so how could I help?. I had friends disappering too so I can understand how it feels not knowing. I pray to god that she returns to you safe. god bless all her family and friends.
I’m so sorry for your loss and I hope you get answers to what happened to your daughter.
I SAW AN EPISODE OF ‘DISSAPEARED” ON I.D AND IT WAS ABOUT BRITTANEE DREXEL AND I GOT TO TELL YOU IT REALLY HIT ME HARD, I MEAN NOT KNOWING WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO HER, AND THE FAMILY GOING THROUGH THIS FOR 2 YEARS NOW WITH NO ANSWERS. I HAVE BECOME OBSESSED WITH THIS PARTICULAR CASE, I’M CONSTANTLY ON THE INTERNET SEARCHING FOR UPDATES ABOUT HER. I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU, EXCEPT THAT HAVE FAITH IN GOD AND THAT SOONER OR LATER, HOPEFULLY SOONER THE FAMILY WILL GET THE ANSWERS THAT THEY DESPERATELY WANT AND WHERE EVER BRITT MAY BE PLEASE COME BACK, WE ALL MISS U.
I just have to say I was at the beach during the time of the disappearance and went back and saw her flier and all I can remember when I saw the Investigation Discovery video is how my fiance said “She is so beautiful and it’s a shame someone can do something to such a beautiful being”. When he said that it was the first time I couldn’t be jealous of someone he called beautiful because I was so upset for her parents. I was a first time parent and it was the first time I had sat and thought of those lost that parents hadn’t found their children and could never see their children’s faces again. This was one of the episodes that really touched me because I felt so close knowing that at that moment I was a teen at Myrtle Beach and I had been there every year for spring break and there could have been a time when this happened to me or someone close to me. I just want to say to the family and those close to Britanee that I hope you find her and why she hasn’t been home in your arms and whoever has been keeping her from you suffers the consequences. I have heard that people have been questioned and some facts maybe covered, but I hope for the best. From my family to your. India
After watching the show disappeared, I have been tormented by this story. I have daughters similar in age and my heart goes out to the family. She will never be forgotten, and my prayers are with the family.
I’ll find you I promise, and I’ll find out who did this to you. I told your mom this week how much I love you and that I will never give on you. I never should of walked away from you, but we were young and that didn’t mean I didn’t want to see you happy. I knew you were happy, so I was happy as well. Your mom still has, ummmmmmmmm… Joey Jr (this bear I gave her). I’m coming to Myrtle Beach and Georgetown. I may sound crazy, but I know you’d do the same for me. Even if I die doing it, I did it for you. Britt, I love you more than words can describe and no matter what, I’ll always be yours.
I continue to pray that you will come home safe.
I have followed the Brittane Drexel for a long time now. I pray for her and her family, and for her safe return! and I hope it is soon! No one deserves this to happen to them. And I pray the people who have anything to do with this get what they deserve!
Stay Strong!
I am praying for the drexel family……. I moved to Myrtle Beach about 2 weeks after Brittanee went missing and I looked around everytime I went somewhere, hoping that she would be there and I could help her get back to you! I still get online to keep myself updated with how the search for her is going and to see if she has been found! I am so very sorry that this happened to your family. No one deserves to go through what you are going through. I will continue to get online and stay updated on her case and even though I live all the way in Ohio, I will keep my eyes open, it’s such a small world and for all I know, I could be out somewhere at any given time and see her! I have hope that she is alive and I have hope that she will find her way back to you! God Bless your family!
Just saw documentry featuring the story about Brittanee. What a beautiful girl she is. I hope that one day soon she is found safe and sound. I have watched many documentries, but this one has really touched me. Her eyes shine up the whole television, so i can only imagine they shine up everyone she ever meets. Brittanee, where ever you are, it is clear how much you are loved by so many, and if someone is reading this that knows her whereabouts, then have a heart and realise that her parents bought her into this world to love and protect her, not to have someone take that away. Just imagine if it was a member of yr family!!! People are not robots, they have hearts, feelings, but most of all dreams of a long lasting happy future and i dont believe anyone should stand in the way of anyones dreams or future. Brittanee, if u can read this, then please think of yr family, and if someone who knows something is reading this, then please do the decent thing and give a parent there daughter back. God bless you all and i hope she is found safe and sound x x x
Dear Drexel family,I hope that you will find Brittanee and even i don’t know her personaly i watched on ID her story and i think that she will never left a family like you i again say that i hope that you will find her or she will came back hom4
Hello, Dawn and Family,
We have never met, but I have been praying for you and your daughter, Brittanee, since the day I learned of her disappearance from MB. You remain in my prayers, every day. I know that they will find Brittanee, and that God is watching over her. May He watch over you and yours…
Much love,
Lori
Thinking and praying Brittanee Drexel and her family. Hoping for answers.
I never knew Brittanee, in fact, I live clear on the other side of the country. But I remember on the day of her disappearance, I somehow read a bulletin post on MySpace about her disappearance. Since then, every time I hear about a missing person, I always think of Brittanee. I’m hoping that more leads appear soon, and lead the police to her, and find her alive. I pray for her and her family. God bless<3
Still thinking about you! I have to say it broke my heart when I hears about this. And smit still breaks my heart to know she’s gone. Prayers still going out. And may God be with yall. Praying for a safe return.
Idk brittanee but she seems to be an asbsolutly amazing and beauitful girl, i hope that this search ends soon and that brittanee can be found alive and whoever is responsible for her missing suffers greatly, i pray for her every night and that she returns to her friends, family and boyfriend. Dont ever give up hope, she lives within all of you and you are the key to her being found, never give up and never lose hope, she is out there just waiting to be found. I pray for her safe recovery and that she is able to embrace everyone she loves once again soon. I dont know you brittanee and i may never meet you but i love you and hope you find your way home.
i don’t know Brittanee personally but i wanted to let the family know that every year our family goes to north myrtle beach in June and the last 2 years i noticed that i look for her. this year again when we travel, i will be keeping an eye out for her.
my prayers are with the family.
watched show on ID of Brittanee’s story. Thinking about the family and prayers are with you all. May God watch over you all and comfort you and give you an answer to her disappearance. Love and hugs from TEXAS
Hello!
I saw in the Id Discovery Brittani’s show!
It is very moving for my hearth!!
I hope Brittani come home!
Godd luck from Hungary!!
Hy.i’ve just seen the documentary of brittanaee at discovery id and i was deeply moved because of this story and i am thinking that this could happen to any of us..I think that she is somewhere where she is kept without her wanting this because in the whole world even in my country is a really big network of people who take kids from the street and use them for different things..organs..prostitution etc.I hope your will find your daughter..safe and healthy.Prayers from Romania for this familly.
I did not know Brittanee but I saw her case on the news, and I have been following it ever since. It saddened me to hear that such a horrible thing could happen. And to the Drexel family I will keep saying a prayer for Brittanee. Also never give up, because there’s always hope. My God bless you and Britttanee. Also I hope Brittanee comes home safe.
Don’t give up the hope!
We have waiting for you in Hungary too!!!
I have just watched the documentary on Discover ID with the disappearance of your daughter Brittany and my heart goes out to the family. Wishing you all the luck in finding her.
Regards Nicole
South Africa
I just wanted to say that I’m sorry for the pain your family is going threw. I live in SC and it pains me to know that someone in my state could be so horrible to an innocent girl. I hope that your daughter is found.
I have watched and followed this case from the beginning since I saw it on Nancy Grace. Periodically I do a Google search to see if any new information has surfaced. I don’t know Brittanee or her family, but my heart goes out to them. I pray every day that they find her. It is such a shame that things like this go on in this world. How can anyone hurt a child? I will keep her and her family in my prayers and please come home safe Brittanee.
This touches my heart, i have a 21 yr old daughter and a 17 yo son, i dont know what i would do if i was ever put in this kind of a situation… I pray Brittney is alive, i know the odds aren’t good, but hope keeps you going….I have had my own thoughts on this case, but i cannot judge because i do not know her or the people she was with…I lived down the street in Greece where Brittney’s mother resides until 7/2010, i would see the family gather, the posters on the cars, and my heart would go out to them…, i pray for them that they get closure one way or another, the not knowing is the worst!! I was frantic when i couldn’t find my kid on Halloween….. all the unanswered questions will drive you crazy..I hope other girls her age learn a valuable lesson from this, that parents say no for a reason,. not to make u miserable.. Everyone is not nice, everyone is not your friend..And at 17 you think you are invincible and you have to learn everything the hard way… some times the hard way is an awful price to pay… I just want Brittney’s family to know that her case is not forgotten to those who do not know her…we still remember and pray for you to have closure, hopefully sooner than later…My prayers are still with you..
i watched a programe of u l8 @ night and i was like shoked well, my mum was umm and i can’t stop thinking about you not in that way but like where are you kind of way if i wish i was there when u went missing i could have atleast saw where u went and inform everyone quickly come home britanne everyone needs you come home please it will at least let me sleep in peace not worried were u r. kk bye
i’ll keep in touch
I never knew you Brittanee, but I think about you and your story often. Praying you make it home soon. Love and hugs, Amy
Hi, I just want to let your family know ya’ll have been in my prayers since your daughter went missing. I always watch the news and keep updated on your website. I hope she is found very soon, that would be the best Mother’s Day ever. Good luck with the search, I’d love to attend one just to help your family in this time in need. Be strong and stay confident.
I hold Brittanee close to my heart.
I so wish Nancy Grace and Jane Velez Mitchel would keep this on their shows! It would kick Myrtle Beach Police in the behind to do more to find Brittanee.
I believe they know who did this, bring them in and interegate, interegate and interegate even more!
SC is not a good state when you lose your kids, whether it be to a run-a-waychild or abduction! At age 17, they are legal and safe to run! They do not do much to help!
We almost always have dirty cops in the news. Georgetown chief was taking money from drug people to NOT bring them down, yes, chief!
Prayers go out to you Brittanee and your family. I pray for you that you be found and brought back to your family.
I have read that same billboard filmed in this video next to the Mcdonalds in Georgetown a lot. I have donated money to her search as I left the Walmart in Surfside. I’ve watched news specials and thought of this girl many times. I’m from upstate NY but have lived in SC for a few years now. My niece is her age and is now completing her first year of college this year, just like Brittanee should be. This story is so very sad and I think about it all the time. My thoughts are with her and her family, friends and her boyfriend.
I just heard about this case for the first time tonight, someone sent me a youtube link to one of the tv shows. What i cant understand is why there was no real mention of the vehicle she must have been in. The police know the route the phone took…are there not periodic cameras down this route? And therefore they can check out which cars appeared on every one of the cameras…they also have the times. Surely there cant have been that many cars doing that exact route at that time of night?
Omg that’s so true!!!!! Why hasn’t anyone read this comment and done something about it
unreal! how did nobody see nothing? she was texting the very moment she went missing in quite a busy area (lots of cars passing by) and assuming she was forced you would have thought that somebody would have seen something and i prolly would have expected her to drop her phone. maybe she knew them? maybe she met them when she went down to that beach and they offered her a lift?
it’s a shame and i hope the people responsible are caught
Thoughts and prayers are with you today.
I’m praying for britanee and her famly. Her well being and safe return is on my mind all day everyday.I pray this horrible situation will soon come to a happy end.
brittyyy
i don’t know what to say right now, i can’t focus because i’ve got tears in my eyes. everybody wants you home: your sister, brother, mom, dad, grandparents, family, jess, britt, myself, tarah, celina, becca, friends, and everyone else. we need you more than you think. you’re the light of our lives. every memory we’ve spent with you, will never leave us, it can’t. we want you here, so those memories we cherish so much, we can make more.
you mean more than you think. i never stopped loving you, not one day. we’ve had our laughs, we’ve gotten so many at each other we screamed, and i’ve held you in my arms when you’ve cried. happy, mad, sad… those memories i will never forget. i know that i pushed you away and i know i didn’t tell you why. i’m telling you now. i wanted you to live up your life, be who you wanted to be, be with whoever you wanted to date. that didn’t mean i stopped loving you. as long as i knew you were doing great, i was happy. you’re the reason i’m breathing. you’re the reason why i changed my life, for you.
you have to come home, you just have to. this isn’t happening. this is just a dream i’m having, and it’s time to wake up. WHOEVER DID THIS NEEDS TO COME CLEAN. whoever did this needs to walk forth. whoever did this, needs to tell the truth and pay for your crimes. you took someone from us who we love dearly.
britt, we love you with everything we have. we need you more than you think. for the love of god, please come home baby.
even though i never knew brittanee i have heard alot of storys about her and i honestly hope that where ever she is she can come back home soon because she looks like a nice girl and i am very confident that she will one day be found and returned home safely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Praying for your safe return and peace for your family and friends. Have been following your story since we vacationed there the same week as you so long ago. God is watching over you. Sandy from West Virginia.
to the drexel family i am so sorry for ur loss it scared me to death when i saw the maury show and saw that brittanee had disappeared from myrtle beach in april of 2009 because my husband and i were there for our anniversary. i was out on our balcolny when i saw a girl get in to a white 4 door car. I just hope and pray that brittanee returns home safe and sound. If u need anything just email me i will help as much as i can. Thanks
I saw you at the 1st Rally for George DeLany at RIT. I pray that this new news tip I just read about online is the answer to some of the questions you must have. I hope that she is found safe and sound. Nobody has the right to take our children from us for even one second. I also pray that whoever is involved in keeping her from returning home is exposed. We in Rochester have not forgotten about her and never will.
I just saw this story air on “Disappeared” it touched me and my heart goes out to the Drexel family. As the 2 year anniversary nears, I hope that some day Brittanee will be brought home to her family who clearly love her so much. A mother should never have to feel the pain Brittanee’s mother has endured. <3 God Bless
*rebecca
I just wanted to say that as a mother of a daughter that is Brittanee’s age, I am deeply sorry for what your family is going through. I just want you to know that your family and Brittanee are in my family’s prayers. God bless you and may god bless Brittanee and bring her home safely to your waiting arms.
May god’s love sustain you,
Tiffany Vanmeter
I hope you find your beautiful daughter, my prayers are with you all.
I truly hope they find Brittanee, I just watched the show “Disappeared” in which she was featured and I was touched by her family and friends. I am disturbed how her friends that she went on vacation with who were older did not watch out for her and that the Peter Broswick guy also didn’t walk back with her to take the shorts back. I feel he or those friends have something to do with her disappearance. Why would the friend ask for the shorts after she let her borrow them? And why did that guy shot the video of Brittannee texting? Doesn’t make sense to me!!! Come on cops! Think!!!
Keep searching.. Ill pray every night for her in hopes that you find her.. I couldnt imagine how hard it is on you all… And i hope they find the man\men that took her and lock them up for the rest of their lives.. thats just a shame… And I Spent like 2 hours talking about this and watching videos about it..
Just watched the discovery investigation episode about your daughter. I’m so sorry that your family has to go through such pain. I can’t imagine how you feel. I have a 17 year old daughter of my own. Will be praying that your daughter will come home to you! God Bless your family!!!

I just saw Brittnae’s story on ID. My heart aches for her and her family. Please whomever took her, just come forward. How can you be such a coward to take a young innocent girl. And if there is anyone that saw anything that night, no matter how insignficant you think it is, call the police… I’ve been on Ocean blvd in myrtle beach and it is not a desolate street. Someone had to have been on the street or driving by, especially at that time, during spring break. Are there not other cameras on the hotels and such? And what about the area the car was driving on, was that road searched to see if the person just threw the phone out of the car window to get rid of it? This coward must have spoken to someone about what he/she has done… just come forward. Brittnae will be in my prayers. I just hope there is finally a break in the case, I pray this for Brittnae and her family. There are so many “if onlys” I thought of during the show, now if only one something substantial finally turns up to help this case get solved.
I saw the Brittanee Drexel case on “Disappeared” last night, and it literally brought me to my knees. I have a 15 year old daughter who is also too trusting and feels that nothing bad could ever happen to her. When I tell her that she cannot attend a function (that I don’t feel is safe), she automatically thinks that I’m trying to cramp her style or I’m trying keep her from living her life. I taped this segment on Brittanee because my daughter needs to watch this. I’ve been to Myrtle Beach on several ocassions during Bike Week every year in late May, and I know exactly where Brittanee’s resort is. As a mother of a teenage girl, I would like to tell Brittanee’s mother that I will be praying for Brittanee’s safe return. Even though she disappeared in 2009, there is still hope that Brittanee is still alive. I have faith that God will bring her home soon. I will keep her mother and family in my prayers because I can only imagine the heartache and misery that they’re going through. I also pray that the person(s) responsible for her disappearance are brought to justice and if they took Brittanee’s life, they deserve the death penalty. Brittanee is a beautiful girl, and she deserves to live a long life. I always pray that my children be protected by God, and that they’re blessed to live long prosperous lives and be able to one day enjoy their grandchildren. I pray this same prayer for Brittanee, and I truly hope that there are positive developments in her case very soon. I’ve seen missing person cases before (especially on the ID channel), but this particular case really moved me. It shook my soul and I couldn’t even sleep last night after watching it. Mrs. Drexel, you are surely in my prayers and I want Brittanee to come to you alive and well and be able to tell her story to other young girls. Please know that you’re not going through this alone, and you have so many people all over the country praying for Brittanee’s safe return. I wish I could do more to help you, but know that I’m including you in my prayers daily! May God bless your family with peace and resolution. Come home Brittanee!
From Stephanie in Atlanta, GA.
I have been following this case since the first day. I make sure to google her name atleast twice every week (if not more) to see if they have any new tips/leads. My heart aches for her family and friends, and for anyone who knew her. I think what gets me is seeing how beautiful she really is, you just don’t ever imagine it happening. I mean, TONS of high school kids take off every year to go to Spring Break without their parents knowing. They go down, have a wonderful time, and come back home- it happens every year. I just sit and ask myself why? Why her? When people think of Myrtle Beach, they only think of having a good vacation- no one ever thinks of danger, & why should they have to? It isn’t fair at all. It’s not fair to Brittanee, nor her family, or friends. This is a parent’s absolute worst nightmare. My prayers go out to Brittanee’s family, & especially Dawn & Chad Drexel. Just please never give up hope- believe it or not, you give inspiration to so many other people, including myself. I would love to come out and help search in April on the 2 year anniversary. God bless anyone who is helping out, you are all angels! Lets bring Brittanee home.
My prayers go out to Brittanee’s family I am very suspicious of those so called “friends” that she went down there with, they should be questioned extensively if not already. I pray that she is found and brought home to her family.
i was brought to tears after watching her story on ID tonight. although i do not know her, i feel hauntingly close to her because we are of the same age.i have never been so deeply affected by something like this in my life, i am literally speechless… i will pray for her safe return and for god to continue strengthening your family.may God bless.
I just saw your story on the ID channel, and i must say i am very struck by it. I am a current college student in indiana getting my masters degree in forensic psychology for this reason.. I am sooo very sorry for your family, and even though i dont know you personally i still pray and cry for you to come home brittanee..I hope you are found, and i feel you are very much alive to day… Stay strong britt, until the day you come home.. hugs to your family and friends..
Wow. Just saw this on ID. What a sad story. I hope that Brittanee is safe and that her family has the strength to soldier on. Keep the faith.
I am a woman, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend from Il.and I watch I.D. all the time.I seen the case of Brittanee and am really drawn to follow it.I feel so sorry for her mother and father. You can see the pain and heartache written all over their face.I think we as parents and as adults need to educate our young about the dangers of lieing to your parents. It is a sad story but it is a wake-up call to our young as to what is one of many things that can and will happen.Anything can happen to anyone!!!!Foulplay picks any of us. God bless Brittanee and the rest of our young!!!!
I am very sorry my condlosences are to all of u, ever since i have watched disappeared your loss has been on my mind. she is a very beautiful girl and she is my age i hope you guys can have some closure soon i can’t imagine how hard it isDon’t give up!!! I am praying for you guys.. God Bless you

Don’t give up hope because someone, something & somehow we will find even the slightest clue to Britanee. She is alive in the spirit. In our spirit. And the body. Britanee we love you. We all love you.
We won’t give up. I won’t give up. No one will give up on finding you. And we all believe in you. You are cherished and you are prayed for everyday.
You could be anywhere. God knows. And maybe your in heaven. Riding the golden chariots. But Britanee, please, we want you back. There is sunshine left. And we will find a way to get to the top of the mountain. Love speaks for itself. And you are loved.
Come home.

I was in Canada when I heard the news that Brittanee had gone missing and remember feeling dispair for the family. Today, I saw the documentary ‘Disappeared’ (UK). Britannee is such a beautiful girl and I wish I had a magic wand to bring her home to you all. Our children are precious to us and are a gift from God. I so wish I could bring her home to you all. I do know how you feel as something similiar happened to our family here in the UK. I looked at the photos of Britannee and she is so beautiful, and has her life ahead of her. I do hope she comes home and I will pray for you, your family and Brittanee. Brittanee’s heart has touched the people of the UK. Godbless to you all. Gillian
After seeing this story on ‘Disappeared’ I felt the need to write. Brittanee is such a beautiful girl, I will pray for her safe return. Sending you best wishes from England, UK.

Im from Finland, far, far away, i still know this case and pray for Brittanee and her family. Someday you will get a closure for this and peace in your hearts.
I wish you lots of strenght and patience, don’t lose your hope!
I believe, that endless love that you have for your daughter will guide her home.
I am so sorry your family is having to go through this, when I was young my friend vanished and I know how hard it is. I pray you never loose hope and I pray for a safe return. Words can never do justice to a situation like this. Praying for you all.
The first time I saw a picture of Brittnee was on facebook and I thought, “WOW, she is a beautiful girl” – then I was so saddened to read the story that accompanied her photo about her disappearance. Watching the Nancy Grace special about Brittnee tonight has really pulled at my heartstrings for her family and friends. Know that there are thousands praying for her and for you! GOD BLESS!
I don’t know how, but somehow I was just messing around online and stumbled upon brittanee’s story. Really touched me, especially since we’re the same age.
Now I can’t stop reading, I want to do anything I can to help, drive to North Carolina and search the woods or something!!!
I’ll keep you in my prayers brittanee.
Come home safe.
Have you in My Prayers, You are not forgotten/: I dont know you, i just heard about your case on Nancy Grace, It saddeness Me that you still havent return home!!! Well have you in My Prayers!!!!!
I can’t stop checking back every now and then hoping and praying anxiously that there is a update on Brittanee Drexel’s disappearance. Brittanee, if you’re out there and reading this, keep your beautiful head lifted high baby girl. God is watching over you as well as family and friends. By the grace of God I asks that he rebuke whatever or whomever is keeping you from your friends and family right now. You deserve to be home with your loved ones and returned safe and sound. I think about you all the time baby girl and we’ve never even been aquainted. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. A prayer goes up, so that a blessing may come down. ♥

Sending love and prayers from the UK to friends and family of Brittanee. I pray for her safe return x
I caught Brittanee’s story on Discovery ID this afternoon and I was compelled to somehow send my thoughts and prayers immediately. I am so incredibly sorry for all of the pain her loved one’s must be feeling; Brittanee, her family and everyone who loves her will be in my thoughts and prayers always. She absolutely seems like the perfect all-around American girl- beautiful, happy, bright and positive. I am just so so sorry.
Im a mom, I cannot imagine what this family is going through. But I am with you in spirit. Prayers are with you until she is found.
to the family,
i really hope that one day you prayers will be answered! i am a young mother of three and i could not even begin to know what your going through. i stress to my kids all the time to stay close to home and do what i ask that i dont want anything to ever happen to you. my daughter and i saw your poster on tv on the id channel and heard your story and my daughter was sooo sad for you we will all be praying for you. god bless
My hopes and prayers go out to Brittanee’s family and i will forever be hoping that one day she returns home. She was too young, too beautiful, too innocent and had too much of a wonderful future ahead of her. Stay strong, God Bless.
I watched the story of her disappearance on more than one occassion and it seems like she was set up by the people that she went down there with… It didn’t seem like they knew each other very well if she didn’t know they were into drugs and drinking like they were. I never knew her but I lost my brother over 20 years ago now and have no idea how he died. She was such a beautiful girl I can’t imagine anyone would hurt someone like her. I really hope the family finds out what happened.
I was thinking the same thing, Kathleen, about those “friends” of hers. They gave her the impression she would have the time of her life and live it up but soon as they got her in unfamiliar territory they were so disrespectful towards her. To this day I believe if her so called “friend” who just HAD to have her shorts back when Brittanee was almost back to the hotel safe and sound could of at least met up with her at least she wouldn’t have appeared alone and vulnerable to be snatched out of ones presence. They need to find out who these kids were she went with and interrogate them to the max until someone opens their mouth. They get to go on living their lives after having oh so much fun while Brittanee’s family is really worried about her and stressing almost every day.
And what about those boys she was visiting? Why would they let her walk to her hotel by herself? Why didn’t one offer her a ride? Such a sin…
I’m watching the ID channel, the story is so touching. I want the family of Brittanee to know I am praying she will return home to you soon. God Bless!
We lost our 20 year old son in 2009. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Drexel family. God Bless.

Thoughts and prayers still with you and your family. God keep Brittanee safe
My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you, Brittanee and your family. To her family, please never give up on hope, and her safe return home. I’ve been what you guys are going through, when my 16 yr old son disappeared 5 months ago. We never gave up hope, or searching. We found him, alive. God Bless
God bless Brittanee, her family, friends, and boyfriend. I have mutual friends of friends of britt, i live in ny, and i was wondering if the car peter drove home in that night was searched and tested? I think that would be a good idea. I will keep this family in my prayers.
My heart goes out to the family. Keep your hope alive. I am a nurse at Mount Pleasant Hospital off of hwy. 17 near McCllenville. Email me if you need more assistance in your search. Never give up!
I just watched the most depressing video ever. A fourteen minute video dedicated to YOU brittanee. I was watching and it w as a matter of minutes untill i completley broke down into crying extremeley hard.
Every one is looking for you. Your face was on live television, your face has been on a magazine, you’re face has been all over the world.
Everyone is getting the word out about you. We WILL bring you home even though i don’t even know you personally but I have an older sister that is 19 years old. And around the time you went missing she was also 17 i never ever follow around cases or anything like I’ve had with your case. I’m now crying as I write this.
NO HOPE IS GONE
COME HOME BRITT!!!!
WE LOVE YOU♥
My prayers go out to the family. I myself have just moved down here from NY. I’ve been here in Myrtle Beach for a year and a half. I agree, MB is always advertised as THE FAMILY PLACE! Unfortunately, the economy has taken this town to lower limits than we ever thought possible. People are being attacked for cell phones! Every week there is something new on the news about someone being harmed by an attacker for stupid things. Preditors are rampant in the city limits, where she was. Most visitors come and read their “hotel paper,” I have news for you, the “visitor newspapers” that look very real, are FAR FAR from the real life down here. They ONLY show and tell of the rosy world in MB. If you come to MB, pick up a real newspaper, you’ll see that MB isn’t safe past 2:30pm in the afternoon. And if you’re not VERY vigilant on looking over your shoulder, you could be abducted in the early hours too. God Bless Brittany, I hope that the unlikely happens here instead.
im praying for brittanees safe return. i hope and pray for all the missing people and there familys. god bless you all
i pray that you guys find her i seen the show on id it so sad i pray that you guys get justice God is hearing every last prayer and he going to bring her home
To The Drexxel Family’ And to Brittanee if your out there, I have been following this story and i feel as if the Drexxel Family needs Justice and something further needs to be done with this investigation. I feel as if shes out there somewhere and nobody is doing a good enough search. I dont know why but im so connected to this girl and just want her to be home and happy with her family! She is a beautiful girl and she looks so outgoing, she actually looks like someone that would be my Bestfriend. It saddens me so much to see that she is still not at home with her loving mother yet, I am 18 years old and could not imagine how much pain her family is in, I cant let this story go. I feel like i want to help them find her, I know it sounds crazy but theres something that i feel connects us, And i want to help find Brittanee. I was just telling my Bestfriend about her and how i felt that i wanted to help. So PLEASE if there is anything i can do’ Let me know… Dawn i know your in pain but keep your head up! There is hope!
Im praying for Brittanee! And hope she is found soon!
I just saw the show ‘Disappeared’ on ID and felt the need to look for any updates regarding Brittanee. Our hearts go out to her and her family.
And it’s terrible that someone can just ever so easily tear a family apart like whoever took her did. It breaks my heart and wants me to curl up into a ball and cry. No one should have to go through this stuff your family is going through. No one should be tearing a family apart like this.
Brittanee we know your out there somewhere. Come home ♥
I usually am not someone that gets into and follows these types of missing persons files all around like I am with Brittanee. I feel like there is a pull thats telling me follow the case around till there is a random hit of news.
I have been following the case since August of 2009 because i saw a brittanee drexel flyer hanging up in a myrtle beach arcade at broadway at the beach. I don’t know Brittanee Personally.
I printed out a flyer of her and it’s now hanging up on my dresser drawer so I know to pray for her everyday of my life.
I have told many friends about my case and I’ve watched the hour show dedicated to her and I was wondering isn’t it odd that the male friend lef tin the middle of the night and then once he got home he got a lawyer right away? It just seems weird I mean really who does that on a spring break weekend
I have alot of pictures of brittanee on my phone. I took a picture of the candle of hope and kept it as my wallpaper for the longest time.
No hope is gone. There ARE still people searching for you Brittanee.
COME HOME BRITTANEE!
Hey Brittanee, I seen your show on ID, My heart was in my stomach the whole hour, i know your still out there somewhere, i hope you come home soon, everyone misses you! and loves you so dearly.
Hi my name is Amber, and I heard about Brittanee through the show “Disappeared”. I just want to let you know that I am praying for her return to you! Ever since I saw the episode, I’ve been reading up on the case. For some reason I don’t quite understand, I can’t seem to get her out of my mind. I’m sure there’s a reason for that, but I just don’t know what it is… its driving me crazy!!! If I ever find out, you’ll be the first to know- haha! Although you already know, she is an absolutely GORGEOUS girl
, and I’m praying for a miracle. She deserves to be returned to you. The worst part of the situation is that you guys don’t have any form of closure… i’m so sorry.
I can’t even imagine how this has affected your lives. Whatever you do, stay strong. And always remember: “Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.” You’ll see her again; hopefully sooner than later. Best wishes to you and your family!
I just saw this on an episode of disapeared. I do not personally know Brittanee but I really hope they find her safe. I will be praying for her and her family.
I just saw your story yesterday, Brittanee. And you’ve been in my head ever since. All I can do is cry, I’m hoping and praying you’re still out there. It sucks that you’ve been gone so long. It must be terrible what you’re parents are going through. I wish there was some way I could help. I wish I had psychic powers to be able to tell where any missing person is. It’s so hard to believe there is no evidence to lead to you. There has to be something somewhere. I kn0w you’re family is going to keep looking for you. You have a strong support system. I will pray for you always. You have to be out there somewhere. Absolutely have to be.
To the Drexel Family – I saw Brittanee’s story air on “Disappeared” on the ID Channel a few months ago & again yesterday & it has really touched my heart. When my husband & I or my mother & I go to Myrtle Beach, we always stay in the Blue Water Resort & I have been on that sidewalk that Brittanee walked many times. People may say it was stupid of her to tell you a lie about what she was planning to do over Spring Break but she didn’t know the results of that trip & teens don’t usually think things through before acting. My former job was as a social worker helping teens learn independent living skills so they can survive in the world. I love those kids like they are my own blood & have cried & rejoiced with them in their struggles. The hardest thing ever was to step back & let them learn their own way in life, not the way I thought they should live. Watching Brittanee’s story made me feel those emotions all over again, knowing that something tragic may have happened & being powerless to stop it. She is a beautiful young woman (I won’t say “was” because even if she isn’t on this earth any longer, she is still somewhere) who is obviously much loved by those around her. I pray that God will bless your family & bring you peace. I pray that Brittanee is safe and happy, where ever she may be.
to the family of brittanee,
I hope that she is safe, and comes home to you.
I can’t even begin to say how i feel for you, i don’t know you, but i am praying for you all.
You don’t know me but I pray 4 u & your family & friends all the ti
E since I saw Brittanee’s story on I.D. Discovery. Keep the faith. I don’t know what u r going through. Unfortunately I do know what it’s like 2 miss your daughter & that hurt 2 hold her 1 more time. My precious daughter Courtney was killed n a automobile accident when she was 15 y/o . Her brother Hunter was only 5 at the time. It devastated us. The boy driving walked away without a scratch. Everyone keeps telling me everything happens 4 a reason. Well I don’t understand y things like these happen & I don’t think people like us care. The ones saying it r not going through these hard times. I prayed & ask my daughter Court Court 2 help Britt Britt 2 find her way home 2 her family. I feel 4 u & your family & will pray daily 4 Brittanee.
My heart goes out to Britneys family. Ill keep you and your family and Britney in my prayers. I hope one day Britney will be home with you
I just watched Disappeared on ID. I pray that you will return to your family safely. I will keep you and your family in my prayers! God Bless.
My hopes and prayers are with your family , i just saw your story on I.D
I am so sorry this has happened. I hope she gets found. I really do. It must be terrible. It makes me want to cry. I have no idea how you feel, or how the rest of your family, friends and even her boyfriend feel. This is so horrible. I am so shocked. Please have hope. I will never forget about these missing people. I hope they all get found.
just know, Ms. Drexel,
that there is NOTHING TOO HARD FOR GOD! i will continue to pray for your family, and brittanee as well. Jesus loves you and so do i. Stay encouraged and keep the faith.
IN HIS PRESENCE,
kq
“Disappeared” aired in South Africa this week. This has shocked me to the core. I pray for Brittanee and for her family. May God give you strength and comfort in these dark days and may you never lose hope that God will provide the answers that you seek.
God be with you and Brittanee.
Angelique
I am from Slovenia I heard on TV today and it’s really sad. I really hope that the Police will find her.
I just want to give my condolence to Brittanee Drexel’s family and friends. She really seemed like a beautiful and nice girl. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless!
To the family of Brittanee Drexel, i watched her episode on ID, this was my favorite story, i have so much in common with her. I felt as if it had to do with my life. Days and weeks after i tuned in i kept thinking of her. I always check for updates.I can not wait for the day she is found. I pray she is alive and well. I ,#will always be praying for her safe return. <3 <3 <3 <3
Hello to the Drexel Family,
I am very sorry for your lost. I have followed this story on the web since it occured, may God watch over you and Brittanee, I pray that you will find her.
It’s amazing all of the people who are aware of missing Brittanee. It helps when programs such as DISAPPEARED on I.D. air these stories. It keeps America on alert and reminds us that this precious angel is still not home with her family. The public will not rest until answers are made. God bless the Drexel family. Please stay strong knowing we’re all fighting with you.
This girl is absolutely beautiful. I can’t believe this has happened, I’m keeping her family in my prayers and still hoping she returns home. God bless.
dear Drexel family, my prayers are with you in your time of grief! i hope she comes home soon ! and that she is out there safe.
I saw Brittanee’s story on Disappeared last night. I am a native of South Carolina and I grew up a few hours from Myrtle Beach. I never thought of my home state as a very dangerous place. This opened my eyes that bad things don’t just happen in big city’s.
My heart aches for her family. I can’t even begin to imagine the emptiness her parents and siblings feel.
I pray for your peace and I pray for answers. I pray for justice for your family. Whoever did this may be able to escape the eyes of authorities but they can never escape the eyes of God. They will ultimately have to stand before him and answer for taking a beautiful young woman from her family.
Seen this case on an hour long program called Disappeared, Brittanee I hope one day you can return home and put whatever happened behind you! My best wishes go out to all her friends and family whom love and miss her. Program ended sounding like cops may have an idea who the monster is whom is responsible for this beautiful child going missing so lets keep this case open and arrest someone.
With tonight being NYE another year comes without any answers about Brittanee. I just watched her story on Discovery’s I.D. and I feel so much for the family and friends. What a beautiful young woman to be taken away from her loved ones. Brittanee and her family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Her story is so scarey, for all the young women and teens out tonight please be careful and don’t go anywhere alone. God Bless to the Drexel family!
I don’t know you or your family but you and your family are in my prayers for your safe return home. May GOD watch over you where ever you may be and may GOD watch over your family to help them get through each day you are gone. May 2011 be the year you are reunited with your family.
my thoughts and prayers are with your family…I can only imagine the pain and suffering everyone is going through right now. I saw the show and am praying for a safe return. God bless this family!
Brittanee no hope has vanished. I still have hope you are ALIVE.
I have been following the case around since August 2009 ((I saw a flyer hanging up in a Myrtle Beach Arcade)) and I am constantly searching your name. I KNOW you are still ALIVE out there….SOMEWHERE. EVERYONE wants you home. I even one day sat down and wrote down a bunch of facts about the case and then folded it and placed it in my keep-sake.
COME HOME BRITTANEE!!!!!!!!
I go to Myrtle beach every year for my vactions and I really want Brittanee to come home. I have told all of my friends about her. Even though I don’t know Brittanee PERSONALLY I pray for her to come home safely every day. I hope she comes home safely and she is in my prayers at all times
COME HOME BRITTANEE!!!
Hello again. I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, even if it’s a few days late. I’ve been thinking more about Brittanee lately, there is just something about her that touches my heart. Come home soon Brittanee!
This was the first time that i heard about Brittanee while watching Nancy Grace and my heart goes out to the family. I hope that she will return to her family. If something bad did happen i hope that the person involved is brought to justice. I could never know what you are feeling i just hope for closure for the family.
Donald
Keeping your family, and Brittanee in my prayers, from Philadelphia!
I heard your case on the episode of Disappeared! My Heart goes out to you all and Brittanee! Im so sorry! Please stay strong and remember that the true will always be made known! I pray that Brittanee is found soon and ALIVE! I know that after so much time going by that chance seems smaller and smaller but I myself am a person to holds on to hope and believes in miracles, so I will be trying to send that energy your way! Also please remember that what your looking for most of the time is right in your face! My Blessings are with you!
Hello my name is Craig and I seen this case on ID and before I moved here from Ohio, I read the article on it. Now it’s like I’m drawn to the case. Brittanee I know you are out there and this will never rest until you are found. God Bless you Britt stay strong and be of good courage.
I saw Brittanee’s story on ID and I wanted to let the family know that I am praying for them.
i watched this case air on i.d. and am bothered by a couple of things.concerning her male friend that took off for home in the middle of the night because his mom wanted him to come back, this disturbs me .a mother would never insist that her teenage child drive home in the middle of the night , especially that distance. it’s just not safe. too many accidents happen when drivers fall asleep at the wheel. this is a completely ridiculous and unbelievable scenerio. people lawyer up for a reason .also, where did her friends get the money for the drugs they were supposedly using and where did they buy them. could this all have been a set up for drug payment. it’s hard to believe a friend lets you borrow a pair of shorts, then calls you and insist you bring them back at that time, knowing you would have to walk alone in the dark, making you an easy target . hard to believe as well. also, if she rode down to the beach with them, why would they leave for ny without her? that’s her ride home. friends just wouldn’t leave a friend with little money stranded. did these friends try to call her or search the motel for her since they were leaving for home? how could they have known she was missing then?these friends probably have the key to solving this case. i hope and pray sweet, precious, beautiful one that you make it home safely. god bless you and your family
I’m watching ID Investigation Discovery right now and I pray that the Myrtle Beach Police Dept. continues to search for your daughter and that they bring her home soon! Sending prayers and support to all who are struggling to understand how and why this happened. May God bring you answers.
I pray for her safe return everyday. I seen a story about her on TV, keep the awareness going.
I have seen the show on ID about Brittanee a few times and each time i have prayed for her and this family. I never knew her, and i didn’t hear about her on the news as this was happening, but i do feel for the family and i hope that one day she is found safe. I am so sorry to the family and friends of her for the loss you feel now because of her disappearance, and i hope that she returns to you soon. God Bless
I was given at one point in my life a prophetic experience of a missing person…then the gift was gone. Brittany i want you to know i am trying now like mad to resurrect this gift i was given and with that i am praying for you and your safe return home to you family one day. I along with millions of others though we don’t know you…care…and may one day God hear our prayers and may smiles abound all around you and your family.
God bless you dear girl…
Still thinking about you Brittanee.
